Welcome to Khalis Things. We are dedicated to providing pure, top-quality organic products. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed for fairness and clarity, ensuring a smooth process for our valued customers while upholding the integrity of our products.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns of products that are unused and unopened. Given the nature of our organic items, a return period of more than 7 days is not feasible.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase to initiate a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Khalis Things will either refund (if applicable) or exchange it if it is defective or damaged.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
